John Galliano launched his first collection in 1984 having graduated with an honours degree from St Martins College of Art and Design.

In particular, he has become the unequalled master of the bias cut.
One of the most innovative fashion designers working today, he continues to produce theatrical, historically influenced designs with a contemporary edge.
Today he is also the genial designer of Christian Dior s collections.
